Seems like a really good lad. It's so often the journeymen who turn out to be the best managers, and when you see that Jocko circus appointing Gerrard, ffs, it'd be refreshing to see a bloke like this get a chance.

Tons of goodwill for him at that club (at least below boardroom level), and, to be fair, he's turned it into results.

Could be the start of a long and fruitful footballing relationship, but those tend to be things of the past, so it probably won't be.
